Despite the less groundbreaking updates, it seems that the new iPad is still getting good customer satisfaction reviews.
In a survey, almost 82 percent of new iPad owners said that they were very satisified with the tablet, and only a low 16 percent said they were somewhat satisfied. Moreover, only 2 percent were somewhat unsatisfied, and nobody said they were very unsatisfied.
The same survey was conducted last year, when the iPad 2 launched. Pending software promotion and other factors, the results from last year showed that only 74 percent were satisfied with the iPad 2.
Among everyone surveyed, it was a unanimous comment that they did like the improved resolution the most with the new iPad.
